MICAH WALLS WINS IN FONTANA

It felt like a while since we've seen Micah Walls in victory lane, but he is able to kick off his championship round with a victory at Auto Club Speedway after holding off Justin Johnson in the final corner to grab his sixth victory of the season in the Tung Tung Sahur 130! This will jump Micah to the top of the standings as he looks to carry the momentum through the rest of the season.

HEIDER HANGS ON IN THUNDER VALLEY

In what seems like forever, it's AJ Heider who grabbed his fifth ASCA CLD Cup Series victory of the season after holding off River Page after a handful of late-race restarts. Heider got the lead after taking two tires after a caution was called with 10 laps to go, propelling him into the lead on the final two restarts. Heider looks to carry the momentum into the championship round, beginning next week at Auto Club Speedway!
